Pentacle Talisman

The pentacle is a symbol of the five classical elements, the classical eastern elements, and the five wounds of Christ. The pentacle also represents the magickal properties and principles of the number five. It can be used to invoke all elements, and is often seen as a symbol to represent the element of earth. You can tell the difference between a pentacle and a pentagram by the circle surrounding the pentacle that represents the interconnectedness of the elements (pentagram + circle = pentacle).
